Ruffle mania! Cut from crispy cotton poplin, this midi dress has scalloped ruffles and beautiful fabric manipulations at the front yoke, set by hand. It has cut out at sides and tie bands at back – an easy dress for sunshine days ahead.

 NOTE: The skirt hem is not scalloped trim as in photos its plain straight trim (see photo with both colors styled by @swoonlove)
