Cut-off for same day dispatch (Monday - Friday) is 1pm London Time (GMT).

All orders ship from the UK.

All USA orders ship Duty Paid at checkout so there are no further fees on landing. (Duty Paid is only levied on orders of $800+) Import Duty is a one off fee unrecoverable if you return the item.

US Returns/Exchanges: 

Please start your return or exchange, for a different size or color, within 14 days of receipt of your shipment online at our Returns Portal. Here you can download a free UPS shipping label and then simply send you return to our US processing center.

A return fee of $5.00 is charged on each returned order deducted from your refund amount. (fee waived on exchanges) 

Your will receive your refund within a few days of receipt at our US center. 

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be rejected by the Returns Bar.

For Hygiene reasons, No refunds for any earrings or other jewelery used for piercings (except if faulty).
