Customers outside the UK/US only:
Extended returns for the holiday season:
Items purchased anytime between 14th November 2024 and 24th December 2024 may be returned up to 10th January 2025.
Please enclose the return form contained within your order and return unsuitable purchases in a new, unused condition with all the original packaging and garment tags attached for a full refund less postage costs. (For EU orders see *note below)
Return postage is at your expense. You can use any courier of your choice. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping service and keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If you fail to adequately declare or label the goods as returned merchandise then import duties and/or vat may be liable in the UK and in which case we will deduct these costs from your order refund.
It is essential you record the tracking information and provide to us on request.
We inspect all returns and if in our opinion the returned item has been used then we reserve the right to reject the return and return the item to the purchaser at the purchaser’s cost.
We are unable to accept the return of earrings or other jewellery used for piercings. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Check you order on delivery
Please check your received item and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery .
If you are away at the time of delivery then the person receiving the goods need to check and report.
Any faulty or damaged items reported after this point will be deemed to have occurred whilst in your ownership and will be your own responsibility.
This policy has been implemented in response to people wearing items, causing spillages/damage to it and then returning it to us. We check all returning items and any marks or pulls/damage found that has not been correctly reported will be rejected and returned at your expense.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 1-2 working days from receipt of goods with payment less all postage costs credited to your original payment method and confirmation sent to you by email.
VAT & Duty
VAT on shipped goods despatched from the UK to the EU by Royal Mail in consignments of up to £123 exc VAT will be refunded VAT if returned.
Duty & VAT on all other shipments is a one-off fee which we are unable to reclaim or refund if you return your purchased items.
